Aluminum Fabrication Projects, Delivered to Spec
Browse our aluminum fabrication projects — a selection where our systems have met the highest standards of quality, aesthetics, and on-time delivery.
Our aluminum fabrication projects span railing systems, fencing, ladders, canopies, and balconies — fabricated for contractors, builders, architects, and developers across a wide range of project types.
At Richards Aluminum Fab LLC, every project we execute is a demonstration of our technical capabilities and our commitment to quality. This gallery represents a sample of the diverse aluminum systems we have fabricated across different applications and industries, from single-unit residential jobs to multi-building commercial developments.
Aluminum Fabrication Projects, Completed
Our project portfolio includes multifamily residential installations, hotel developments, commercial centers, industrial facilities, and public spaces. Each project presents its own technical challenges that our team resolves before materials reach the job site. From a single balcony railing to a full building's worth of fencing, the underlying process stays the same.
Every component begins in our fabrication facility, where industrial-grade aluminum materials are cut, formed, welded, and finished to each project's specifications. Quality control is embedded in the process at every phase of production, not applied as a final check before shipment.
Our systems are designed to facilitate field installation. We deliver components labeled, organized, and accompanied by technical documentation so the installation team can work with efficiency and clarity, without guesswork on-site.
The aluminum finishes we use — anodized and powder coat — are engineered to withstand outdoor exposure, temperature cycles, and humid environments without losing their original appearance, even after years in the field.
Most of the aluminum fabrication projects shown here move through the same three stages: fabrication in our shop, labeled and organized delivery, and field installation support — governed by the quality standards described in the AISC Code of Standard Practice where structural components are involved. That consistency is what lets us take on both small residential jobs and larger commercial builds without cutting corners.
The photos above aren't staged renderings — they're pulled from real job sites across multifamily residential, hospitality, commercial, and industrial applications. Contractors and developers comparing fabrication partners can use the filter above to see work most relevant to their own scope, whether that's a single system type or a mix across a larger development. We're transparent about what's pictured because we'd rather set accurate expectations than oversell a capability we haven't proven yet.
We add new aluminum fabrication projects to this portfolio as they wrap up, so it's worth checking back if you're still evaluating options. If you don't see a system type pictured here, reach out anyway — chances are we've built something close to it, or can adapt an existing design to fit your specifications.
